After receiving your order you have 14 days to return the items that are not to your liking, or change them if you want another size / color of the same article, or if the articles received are defective.
Only products that have not been used and retain their original characteristics and labels intact may be accepted and / or exchanged.
If the returned items are damaged or used, MUSTER - Online Shopping reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse reimbursement of the same. MUSTER - Online Shopping will not refund shipping costs in these situations.
To proceed with the return or exchange of the ordered articles you must follow these steps:
1st — Enter your Personal Area, select Orders and specify the Product(s) you want to return or exchange;
2nd — Properly condition the items you wish to return or exchange in a securely sealed package (you can use the original packaging);
3rd — Remove the label with the bar code and glue it to the outside of the package in a visible way;
4th — Go to the nearest pickup point and deliver your order or request it to be collected in your Personal Area;
5th — At the time of your return or exchange, request the signature of the proof of delivery (another label sent in your original order).
Important Note: If you did not register at the time of your original order, you should request a return or exchange via our email: firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the reason(s) for the return or exchange and order number.
In case of exchanges, the cost is supported by MUSTER - Online Shopping, valid in Europe, for orders up to 3kg and only on a first exchange. Later exchanges will be supported by the client.
Only refunds or exchanges made directly to MUSTER - Online Shopping will be accepted. Products should never be sent directly to brands.
The refund will be made, within a maximum of 10 days, after the receipt of the order and its quality check, through the same mode of payment with which your purchase was made.
MY GIFT CARD gift cards are non-refundable.
